53-Year-Old Man Died In Concrete Crusher Accident
Victim was 54 years old, from Lakewood.

The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office has released the name of a Lakewood man who was killed in a construction accident in South Toms River on Friday.
Adrien Perez Gusman, 54, Downing Avenue, was greasing gears on a concrete crusher machine when he slipped and fell into the machine, said Al Della Fave, spokesperson for the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.
The accident happened at Suffolk Contracting on Dover Road at about 8:46 p.m. South Toms River police and MONOC paramedics extricated the man and took him to Community Medical Center in Toms River, where he was pronounced at 9:43 a.m., Della Fave said.

The machine was running at idling speed when the accident occurred, Della Fave said.
The accident is under investigation by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office and the South Toms River Police Department, he said.
