Puerto Rican Restaurant Opens Up In Beachwood
Carmen's Cocina, still in its soft opening, is bringing authentic Puerto Rican food like empanadas, pernil and more to the area.
BEACHWOOD, NJ — Craving some pernil? Looking for some arroz con gandules? Or do you have no idea what these are, but are eager to try them? Carmen's Cocina is currently in its soft opening in Beachwood, and promises to bring authentic Puerto Rican food to the area.
When the restaurant first opened its doors on Feb. 10, they sold out of everything that same day, someone with the restaurant shared with Patch.
A limited menu is available at the moment, but has traditional Puerto Rican dishes like empanadas and carne guisada (beef stew).
