On Wednesday, the Berkeley Township Zoning Board of Adjustment is set to meet at 6:30 p.m. for its reorganization meeting. It also is scheduled to continue a hearing on an application from Dream Homes on a proposal to subdivide several lots for a major subdivision on Serpentine Drive East at Tallwood Way.

The major subdivision would need a use variance for density and a variance because the lots would be undersized.
