Stafford Police Charge Beachwood Woman With Drunk Driving With Son In Car
Brandy Tice, 38, had her 11-year-old son in the vehicle with her.

A Beachwood woman is facing drunk driving and endangering the welfare of a child charges after Stafford police arrested her after a traffic stop near Nautilus near Compass Road recently, Sgt. James Haldenwang said.
Police responded to the scene on Sept. 5 after receiving a report of an intoxicated driver. They located Brandy Tice’s gray Hyundai on Nautilus Drive near Compass Road. They arrested Tice, 38, and charged her with driving while intoxicated, he said.
She was taken to police headquarters where she was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child and reckless driving. Her son was turned over to his uncle’s custody, Haldenwang said.

Tice was later transported to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River in lieu of $25,000 bail. Patrolman Joseph Luna was the arresting officer. He was assisted by Sergeant James Haldenwang, Patrolman Russell Dunfee, and Patrolman Giovanni DeMarco.
