Yoga Classes To Begin On Berkeley's White Sands Beach

BERKELEY, NJ — Beach yoga classes are coming to White Sands Beach in South Seaside Park at 23rd Avenue. Classes run from July 24 through Aug. 28 and cost $25 for all six weeks.

The gentle class provides an informal way to experience yoga's healing benefits. In the inclusive, flow-style class, participants will breathe, stretch and explore what you can do on the sand.

Bring a beach towel and water to stay hydrated.

Non-residents can participate. All fees must be paid in advance at www.BTREC.org or in person at the Recreation Center during regular business hours 8:30-4 pm, Monday-Friday.
