Bridgewater Teen Charged After Drugs Found In Park: Police
Bedminster Police also reported arrested another Bridgewater local for driving under the influence in a separate incident.

BEDMINSTER, NJ — A Bridgewater teen was arrested for drug possession after being found in a Bedminster park after dark. Another Bridgewater local was arrested for driving under the influence, Bedminster police report.
On Aug. 13 at approximately 2:13 a.m.: Bedminster Police responded to the Burnt Mills Park parking lot to complete a park check. As the officer entered the lot, he observed a grey Kia Forte parked in a space closest to the playground. The vehicle was unoccupied, but the windows were partially open. The officer could detect a strong odor of raw marijuana emanating from the vehicle. The officer located two individuals in the field lying on a blanket. Subsequent to the investigation, Stephanie Jessiman, 18, of Bridgewater was arrested for possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS) marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a summons for being in violation of township ordinance for being in the park after hours. Mark Imparato, 18, of Bridgewater was issued a summons for being in violation of township ordinance for being in the park after hours.
On Aug. 19 at approximately 2:06 a.m.: Bedminster Police observed a black Volkswagen sedan stopped on Route 202/206 southbound at the River Road intersection for a red light. The light turned green and the officer observed the Volkswagen remain stationary at the light for approximately 30 seconds before continuing southbound on Route 202/206. A motor vehicle stop was conducted on the entrance ramp to I287 southbound. Subsequent to the investigation, Jorge Larramendia, 36, of Bridgewater was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor or drugs, refusal to submit to chemical test, penalties and delaying traffic.

On Aug. 15 at approximately 11:30 p.m.: Bedminster Police observed a grey Mazda 3 traveling on Route 202/206 southbound with no license plate lights. The officer also observed the vehicle fail to use a turn signal
while making a lane change. A motor vehicle stop was conducted on I-287 southbound at mile maker 21.6. Subsequent to the investigation, Charles Ramos, 34, of Bronx, New York was arrested possession of CDS marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ramos was also issued motor vehicle summonses for maintenance of lamps, failure to give proper signal – turning or stopping, operation of MV while in possession of CDS, driving without a license, driving with an expired license, and failure to possess

On Aug. 17 at approximately 12:37 a.m.: While traveling on Route 202/206 northbound, Bedminster Police observed a green Mercury minivan traveling in front of him. The vehicle was failing to keep right and was traveling in the far left lane at 35 mph in a 50 mph zone. A motor vehicle stop was conducted in the area of Route 206 northbound and Somerset Financial Drive. Subsequent to the investigation, Rolandia Garcia,
37, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania was arrested for a warrant out of Mount Olive Twp. for $100. Garcia
was unable to post and released on her own recognizance. Garcia was issued motor vehicle summonses for driving after DL/Registration suspended/revoked, failure to surrender suspended driver’s license and failure to keep right.
On Aug. 17 at approximately 10:37 p.m.: Bedminster Police observed a grey Honda Accord traveling on Route 202/206 southbound with an obstructed front window due to four air fresheners and fail to signal a lane change twice. A motor vehicle stop was conducted on Route 202/206 southbound just prior to the I-287 southbound ramp. Subsequent to the investigation, Evan Moore, 23, of Somerville was arrested for possession of CDS marijuana under 50 grams ;and possession of drug paraphernalia. Moore was also issued motor vehicle summonses for operation of MV while in possession of CDS, obstruction of windshield for vision, failure to give proper signal-turning or stopping, failure to possess DL or Registration and throwing debris from MV.
