3 NJ Women Return To Compete On 'Survivor 50'
Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans is set to premiere on CBS on Feb. 25 with three New Jersey natives.

New Jersey is ready to represent as three Garden State women will be returning to the island to compete on CBS's television show "Survivor 50."
Among the New Jersey natives is Chrissy Hofbeck, who is formerly from Bernardsville in Somerset County and Lebanon Township in Hunterdon County. She placed as runner-up in the 35th season of Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers.
"Chrissy's impressive strength in challenges led her to tie the women's record for the most individual immunity wins in a season," according to survivor50challenge.com.

Hofbeck noted that she tied for the most immunity challenges won by a woman in Survivor history.
"I'm back, I'm back. My heart is so grateful to be back, like I'm back," said Hofbeck in a Survivor promo.

Joining Hofbeck will be Hudson Couty, Jersey City native Cirie Fields, who previously appeared in season 12, 16, 20 and 34 of Survivor's installments Panama ā Exile Island, Micronesia ā Fans vs. Favorites, Heroes vs. Villains and Game Changers.
"Hailed by many as one of the very best players to not win Survivor, Cirie has continually impressed with her incredibly shrewd and clever gameplay," according to survivor50challenge.com.
Along with Survivor, Fields is also well-known in the competitive reality TV realm as winning the first season of The Traitors on Peacock in 2023. In 2024, she also competed in the 25th season of Big Brother on CBS, finishing in 5th place.
"Survivor keeps allowing me to challenge myself, and Survivor keeps showing me in different ways - you are more. To show my children and my grandchildren now to not give up," said Fields in a Survivor promo. "I started Survivor 20 years ago so its my 20th anniversary. Everything that led up to this point is exactly where I should be to win this game."
Last but not least is Tiffany Nicole Ervin, a native of Elizabeth in Union County. Ervin previously competed in the 46th season of Survivor, finishing in eighth place.
Described as a bubbly and outgoing artist, Ervin said during her season 46 intro that "I don't like to lose."
Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans is set to premiere on CBS on Wednesday, Feb. 25, with a three-hour episode from 8 to 11 p.m. The show is celebrating its 25th anniversary and will feature 24 returning players.
