Are You a Senior on the Move? - Information You Need at Bernardsville Public LIbrary

Information for seniors thinking about relocating to an assisted living facility and how to afford it.

Are you a senior looking to downsize? Interested in relocating to a community filled with others your age who share your interests? Facing a growing need for care for yourself or a loved one? Interested in assisted living and concerned about how you will be able to afford a facility? If you answered, “yes” to any of these questions, come to Bernardsville Public Library on Wednesday, August 2 at 7:00 pm, and listen to Jim Tretola, Certified Senior Advisor of Care Patrol, and Attorney Andrea R. Di Dio of the Murray Firm LLC to find out what every senior needs to know.

Mr. Tretola specializes in helping seniors and their families find the best living arrangements possible when considering the individual’s interests, activeness, hobbies, and, if applicable, care needs. Attorney Di Dio advises seniors on how to afford the living arrangement they desire including how to access government benefits such as Veterans benefits or Medicaid.

There is no charge to attend the program, but advance sign-up is requested. Register online at www.bernardsvillelibrary.org and follow the link from Adult Programs, or call the library at 908-766-0118 to sign up.
