ART & ANTIQUE TREASURES FROM BERNARDSVILLE MOUNTAIN ON SALE!!

Art & Antiquing Fund Raiser to benefit the hungry in the Somerset Hills and our local comunities.

For 30 years The Church of St. John on the Mountain has hosted the highly acclaimed “Mountain Art Show”. This year, we are going to learn just how much all that art is worth! The event is called “Treasures on the Mountain” and will take place on October 2 & 3 at The Church of St. John on the Mountain, 379 Mt. Harmony Road, Bernardsville, NJ 07924.

On Friday October 2 from 6:00 - 9:00 pm, there will be a Preview Party . Jane Gordon, Jewelry Designer, will be presenting on “Identifying and Buying Quality Pearls”. Tickets are limited and must be bought in advance. Reservations are required for this fun evening of wine and sumptuous hors d’oeuvres while you enjoy the opportunity to purchase Art & Antiques from the private collections of homes in the Somerset Hills & enjoy our Tricky Tray, vendors and artisans. Call 908-766-2282 ext. 13 to have an invitation mailed to you.

On Saturday October 3, 2015 the event will continue with the sale of Antiques & Collectables from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. There is no charge for admission. There will be a “Bid or Buy” Collectibles sale (bids close at 3:00) and you might want to shop for gifts and treasures from our artisans, vendors and bake sale! Most importantly, there will be a Special Guest Appearance from Carolyn Remmey, Art Appraiser, who has been on The History Channel, NBC 4 and the ‘Antiques Roadshow’. Carolyn will be offering valuations on art, jewelry & antiques, on stage and in private from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Admission to this event is FREE but a donation is requested for item valuations.

The proceeds from this event will be used to fund The Church of St. John on the Mountain and it’s ministries. The mission of the church is to feed the hungry in our local communities.
