Astronomy at Clinton Library - Jan 28th

Come to the North County Branch Library in Clinton on Thursday, January 28th at 7pm to learn about the latest discoveries in our solar system and beyond!

See breathtaking pictures of Mars, Pluto and the moons of Jupiter and Saturn. Discover what we have learned about planets around other stars and the search for another Earth.

Also, a description of the next missions to explore space - both manned and robotic.

The speaker is Paul Cirillo who has been fascinated by astronomy and space missions all his life and enjoys sharing his knowledge with the public. He is a long time member of the New Jersey Astronomical Association in Voorhees State Park in High Bridge, the largest public observatory in New Jersey.

His presentations always include the very latest astronomical images from observatories both on and off the Earth.
Paul will whisk you away on a cosmic journey that will leave you with an awareness of the universe that you will never forget!
