Bedminster Fall Festival To Be Held Saturday

Fall Fest 2017 is a family fun day with live music and entertainment, food trucks, a beer/wine garden and kids games, rides and activities.

BEDMINSTER, NJ — Bedminster’s Annual Fall Festival will be held on Saturday from 11 a.m to 5 p.m. at River Road Park.

Fall Fest 2017 is a family fun day with live music and entertainment, food trucks, a beer/wine garden and kids games, rides and activities.

There will also be Colonial games and activities for children, as well as interesting facts about the area's pivotal role in the American Revolution.

A hay wagon ride will be offered to view the restored 1772 Dutch colonial farmhouse that once served as the home and headquarters of General Henry Knox during the winter of 1778-79.

Kids activities include 10 huge bounce houses, games of chance, face painting and more. The festival also includes: vendor booths, giveaways, a silent auction, classic car show and live demonstrations from emergency services organizations

Admission is $5 per person. Kids 3 and under are free. Dogs are welcome. Bring lawn chairs and a picnic blanket to listen to live music.

Proceeds from Fall Fest benefit seven Bedminster-based organizations: Pottersville Volunteer Fire Company, The Center for Contemporary Art, Far Hills-Bedminster Fire Department, Far Hills-Bedminster First Aid Squad, The Friends of the Jacobus Vanderveer House, Friends of the Clarence Dillon Public Library and Bedminster School Parent Teacher Organization.
