Bedminster Police Arrest 3 During Traffic Stops
Three people were arrested last week during traffic stops in the township, according to the police blotter.

BEDMINSTER, NJ — Three people were arrested last week during traffic stops in the township, according to the police blotter.
Bedminster Police Blotter:
On March 8 at approximately 11:39 p.m.: While observing traffic at the Verizon Switching station on Route 202/206 northbound, Bedminster Police observed a green Toyota Camry drive past with an obstructed
windshield due to necklaces hanging from the rear view mirror. A motor vehicle stop was conducted at Route 206 northbound and Quick Chek. Subsequent to the investigation, the passenger, Raymond Johnson, 34, of Gladstone was arrested on a warrant out of Newark for $250 and charged with hindering apprehension. Johnson was released on his own recognizance pending a court date. The driver, Sheri Capabianco, 25, of Madison was issued motor vehicle summonses for driving after driver’s license suspended, obstruction of windshield for vision, failure to keep right, failure to surrender suspended driver’s license and driving with an
expired driver’s license.

On March 10 at 1:56 a.m.: Bedminster Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on a black Ford F150 on Route 206 at Church of the Hills after observing the vehicle driver over the white fog line several times. Subsequent
to the motor vehicle stop, Kelly Turner, 43, of Flanders was arrested on a traffic warrant out of Mount Olive for $89. Turner posted bail and was released.
