Bedminster Receiving Flat Municipal State Aid
It is the same amount the township received in 2012.

Bedminster Township is receiving flat municipal state aid for the 2013 calendar year.
The township will be receiving $866,281 for 2013.
The committee is expected to introduce its budget March 18, according to township administrator Judy Sullivan.

Over the past two months, the committee has been holding budget meetings to speak with individual departments about their requested budgets.
Bedminster Township Mayor Steve Parker has said they are working to make sure the budget is reasonable through the use of shared services and more. He has said they will also keep an eye on the capital budget.

"Not every year's budget is in a vacuum," he said. "We don't look simply at the one year, we look at things we had to buy in 2012, but knew we have to buy in 2013, 2014 and 2015. We update our multi-year plan."
