Bedminster Woman Arrested For DWI
Angelina DeRosa, 42 of Bedminster was arrested on numerous charges including driving while intoxicated last week in town, police report.
BEDMINSTER, NJ — A Bedminster woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated Thursday in town, police report.
On April 27 at 1:18 a.m., Bedminster Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on a tan Toyota Rav4 on Route 202/206 northbound near Wynnewood Road.
Subsequent to the investigation, Angelina DeRosa, 42, of Bedminster was arrested for 39:4-50 (operating under the influence of liquor or drugs), and issued motor vehicle summonses for 39:4-50(G)(1) (driving while intoxicated on school property or within 1,000 feet of a school), 39:4-50.4A (refusal to submit to a chemical test), 39:4-88 (failure to maintain lane), and 39:4-97 (careless driving), Bedminster Police reported.
