Bernardsville Gets New Ambulance
The vehicle was purchased jointly with the Borough of Bernardsville.
BERNARDSVILLE, NJ — Bernardsville Fire Company received a new ambulance. The vehicle was purchased jointly with the Borough of Bernardsville.
A new chassis was placed under the existing "box", which allows the fire company to save thousands of dollars as opposed to buying a completely new ambulance.
The patient care area received state of the art upgrades including reflective safety striping, LED lighting, new steps for easy access to a new floor and new electrical wiring to name a few.

"We expect to have many years of service from this new unit," the fire company posted on Facebook.
