Bernardsville, NJ -- Bernardsville has made the list as having one of the Best Elementary Schools in New Jersey according to Niche.com.
Bernardsville’s elementary school that made the list:
- Marion T. Bedwell Elementary School comes in at 99 out 100 and received an “A+” from the website.
”It has 640 students in grades PK and K-4,” the site posted. “According to state standards, 82% of students at this school are considered proficient in math and/or reading.”

Schools were ranked based on state test scores, student-teacher ratio, student diversity, teacher quality, and the overall quality of the school district.
The top three schools in New Jersey were found in Short Hills: Glenwood Elementary (1), Deerfield Elementary (2) and Hartshorn Elementary (3).
