Bernardsville Man Arrested for Driving While Intoxicated: Police

His blood alcohol content was more than double the legal limit: blotter

NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ — A Bernardsville man was arrested for driving while intoxicated in Plainfield and had a blood alcohol content more than double over the legal limit, according to police.

Jeremias Francisco-Juarez, 30, of Bernardsville was arrested for DWI following a motor vehicle accident on Fairview Avenue in Plainfield on Oct. 29 at 9:41 p.m., according to the Plainfield Police blotter.

Francisco-Juarez registered a .20 percent blood alcohol content, according to police.

He was processed and released with a pending court date.
