Mayor Mary Jane Canose said, “I am extremely pleased that Moody’s has deemed it appropriate to give our municipality its highest credit rating. I hope this news reinforces confidence in our future for our existing residents and business owners, and those who are considering calling Bernardsville home.” She added, “The significance of this rating is that we will be able to undertake important investments at the lowest possible financing cost, and I would like to thank the Finance Committee for their work in laying the groundwork for this rating.”
