We also offer convenient telehealth appointments throughout New Jersey. We provide expert care in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We've developed a proprietary DBT workbook to guide you through your group therapy sessions, ensuring a structured and effective approach to treatment. You can expect a supportive, professional experience starting with a free 15-minute consultation. We'll match you with the right therapist for your specific needs and goals.
