Enclosed please find a copy of a Notice of Public Hearing for Jersey Central Power & Light Company's ("JCP&L" or the "Company") to establish a cost recovery mechanism for the Community Solar Program ("CSP" or "Program") and a new rate component of the Company's Rider RRC RGGI Recovery Charge ("Rider RRC"), the CSP Rate ("2021 CSP Petition").

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, a telephonic public hearing will be conducted on the following day and times so that members of the public may present their views on the Company's 2021 CSP Petition.
