
ECS-NJ Announces Second Annual Gala Celebrating Faith, Community and the Call to Feed Those in Need
Evening will feature keynote speaker Kim Guadagno, live entertainment by the Kilkenny Cats, community honorees and special recognition of dedicated ECS-NJ supporters
Episcopal Community Services of the Diocese of New Jersey (ECS-NJ) will host its Second Annual ECS-NJ Gala on Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Pines Manor in Edison, New Jersey.
Honoring Faith Communities Making a Difference
A highlight of the evening will be the recognition of several congregations whose ministries exemplify the spirit of Matthew 25 through their commitment to serving their neighbors.
The 2026 Gala honorees include:

The partnership of St. Wilfrid's Church, Camden; Grace Church, Haddonfield; and First Presbyterian Church, Haddonfield

Keynote Speaker Kim Guadagno
ECS-NJ is pleased to welcome Kim Guadagno as the evening's keynote speaker.
Guadagno is President & CEO of Mercy Center and a former First Lieutenant Governor and 33rd Secretary of State of New Jersey will draw upon her experience in public service and nonprofit leadership.
Recognizing Those Who Help Make the Work Possible
ECS-NJ will also offer special recognition to dedicated Gala sponsors and supporters, including Dr. Rosina Dixon, Deacon Tom Bartlett and Christ Church, Toms River, for their commitment to ECS-NJ and its mission.
Their generosity reflects the vital role that individuals, congregations and community partners play in helping ECS-NJ respond to needs identified by communities throughout New Jersey.
Proceeds from the evening will support ECS-NJ’s mission to partner with organizations addressing food insecurity, housing support, racial justice, outreach ministries, and other critical community needs throughout the Diocese of New Jersey.
