Camp COLEY Overnight Camp

Camp COLEY is a week long overnight camp held at Mt. Allamuchy

Scout Reservation in Stanhope, NJ. There is a very exciting program planned this year! We’d love
for you to join us at Camp COLEY August 4 - 10, 2013.

Camp COLEY (www.campcoley.com) is a week long,
co-ed, non-profit, overnight camp
held at the Mt. Allamuchy Scout Reservation in Stanhope, NJ.  It is open
to all boys AND girls 3rd grade
through 12th grade and you do not need to be a scout to attend. Campers experience adventures

and take on challenges that help them feel
good about themselves. Campers live and learn in small supervised groups. Camp
COLEY offers fully supervised day
and night programs with age appropriate activities. The day program includes instructional
swim, boating, climbing, C.O.P.E. (Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience), first aid, handicraft, outdoor
skills, songs, games and more. The night program includes a water carnival, camp wide games, a
dance with a dj, and a closing campfire and ceremony.

Campers are divided by grade level and gender, and are supervised by Camp COLEY counselors as well as the Boy
Scout Staff as they visit the

various program areas throughout camp. Campers sleep in 2 person tents on cots.
Shower facilities are provided and hot meals are

provided daily in the dining hall.  The trained staff and dedicated volunteer counselors have been
selected for their caring attitude, character, maturity and enthusiasm. Most importantly they know how to have fun and meet the needs of all the children. The
adult volunteers are with the children 24 hours a day.
