Car Burglarized In Bedminster
The Mountain Court resident noticed her passenger side door ajar and all of the contents from her glove compartment were on the floor.

BEDMINSTER, NJ — A Bedminster local reported someone broke into her car last week while parked at her home on Mountain Court.
The victim advised that upon leaving for work she noticed her passenger side door ajar and all of the contents from her glove compartment were on the floor, police reported.
She advised this occurred between Monday evening and 11 a.m. A bag of change estimated to be worth $10 appeared to be the only thing missing. The vehicle was unlocked, according to the Bedminster Police blotter.

On Dec. 19 at 3:38 a.m.: While on DUI patrol, Bedminster Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on a red 2010 Toyota Corolla on Route 202-206 by the Bridgewater border for having a license plate light out and a plastic advertisement border covering a portion of the rear plate. Subsequent to the investigation, David Hughes, age 45 of Cinnaminson was arrested on a criminal warrant out of Edison Twp for $650. Hughes was also issued a motor vehicle summons for 39:3-33 (unclear plates). Hughes posted bail and was released.
