Chocolate Journey at Bernardsville Public Library

Free tasting of different types of chocolate followed by a discussion of the uses and sources of chocolate.

Chocolate lovers and connoisseurs! Come to Bernardsville Public Library on Tuesday, July 25 at 7:00 pm to embark on a chocolate journey led by chocolatier Mike Canzano of J. Emanuel Chocolatier in Chester. Our program will begin with a free tasting of different types of chocolate. Mr. Canzano will then discuss uses and sources of chocolate and show examples of molds used in the store.

J. Emanuel Chocolatier produces a wide variety of hand-made chocolate ranging from richly flavored truffles and silken wine truffles, to butter toffee, fondants, and dipped fruits.

This program is for adults and children ages 10 years and up. There is no charge to attend the program, but advance sign-up is required at www.bernardsvillelibrary.org, or call the library at 908-766-0118 to sign up.
