Communicating for Success: Workshop at Bernardsville Public Library
Learn to adapt and blend your behavioral style for greater, more effective communication and relationships--both personal and professional.

Paul Hatrak, CPA, CGMA, and Certified Business Coach, will lead a workshop at Bernardsville Public Library, “Communicating for Success: Watch Your Language!”, on Wednesday, January 20 at 7:00 pm. If you have ever lost an important sale or networking connection and wondered why, it could be because you are selling and networking the same way with everyone and not tailoring your activities to each person’s behavioral style.
This interactive discussion will help listeners understand the universal language of DISC (dominance-influence-steadiness-compliance). DISC is concerned with how we act and our way of doing things, and attendees will gain an understanding of their own behavioral styles, how to recognize the behavioral style of others, and learn to adapt and blend their own styles for greater, more effective communication and relationships--both personal and professional.
