Dryer Causes Fire At Pendleton Court Home
Bedminster and Bernardsville men were also arrested for fighting in the town, according to the police blotter.

BEDMINSTER, NJ — A dryer was the cause of a fire at a Bedminster Township home last week, police report.
On May 13 at 6:41 a.m., Bedminster Police responded to Pendleton Court for a report of a structure fire.
The dryer was on fire in the laundry room, which the resident dragged into the garage. The resident then used a fire extinguisher to put the fire out, Bedminster Police reported.

Far Hills-Bedminster Fire Department used their fire extinguisher to put out residual flames.

On May 9 at 5:16 p.m.: Bedminster Police responded to headquarters for a warrant service. Louise Stewart, 46, of Bedminster responded to pay a traffic warrant in the amount of $300 out of Peapack. Stewart posted bail and was released.
On May 13 at 2:24 a.m.: Bedminster Police responded to the area of 605 Old Dutch Road for a report of a possible fight in progress. Subsequent to the investigation, Mario Mendoza, 21 of Bernardsville was arrested for 2C:33-2A (1) (disorderly conduct) and 2C:18-3B (defiant trespasser), and Zachary Smith, 21 of Bedminster was arrested for 2C:33-2A (1) (disorderly conduct). Both parties were advised of their mandatory court appearance and released.
On May 13 at 8:51 p.m.: Bedminster Police responded to headquarters for a warrant service. Rachel Terkowski, 29 of Belvidere responded to pay a traffic warrant in the amount of $152 out of North Warren (Hope). Terkowski posted bail and was released.
