DUI, Drug Possession, Warrant Arrests Made In Bedminster
A total of 3 people were arrested by Bedminster police on charges of drug possession, driving under the influence and outstanding warrants.

BEDMINSTER, NJ — A total of three people were arrested by Bedminster police on charges of drug possession, driving under the influence and outstanding warrants, according to the police blotter.
Bedminster Police Blotter:
On Jan. 5 at approximately 2:57 a.m.: While traveling on Route 202/206 northbound near River Road, Bedminster Police randomly ran a plate inquiry on a silver Buick Lesabre. The response indicated the registered owner of the vehicle had a suspended license. A motor vehicle stop was conducted on Route 206
northbound at Somerset Financial Drive. Subsequent to the investigation, the passenger, Karen Cross,
63 of Morristown was arrested for 2C:35-10A(4) (CDS under 50 grams) and issued summonses for
39:4-49.1 (operation of mv while in possession of CDS) and 39:4-51B (open container of alcohol in motor vehicle).

On Jan. 6 at approximately 8:53 p.m.: While observing traffic on Route 206 at the Bedminster Shell gas station, Bedminster police observed a black Cadillac Escalade drive past with an inoperable driver’s side
headlight. A motor vehicle stop was conducted on Route 206 northbound at Church of the Hills.
Subsequent to the investigation, Shon Martindale, 45 of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania was arrested on a
warrant for failure to appear out of Mount Olive Twp. for $185. Martindale posted bail and was issued a motor vehicle summons for 39:3-66 (maintenance of lamps).
On Jan. 7 at approximately 3:45 a.m.: A motor vehicle stop was conducted on a beige Volkswagen Passat on Route 202/206 southbound in the area of the Knox House. Subsequent to the investigation, Keshonia Bowser, 39 of Edison was arrested for 39:4-50 (operating under the influence of liquor or drugs) and 39:4-50.4a (refusal to submit to a chemical test). Bowser was also issued a motor vehicle summonses for
39:4-126 (failure to give proper signal), 39:4-88 (traffic on marked lanes), and 39:4-144 (disregard stop
sign regulation or yield sign).
