DWI, Warrant Arrests In Bedminster

Bedminster Police report multiple warrant arrests and one DWI.

BEDMINSTER, NJ — Bedminster Police reported multiple warrant arrests and one driving while intoxicated arrest.

Bedminster Police Blotter:

On April 6 at approximately 11 p.m.: While traveling southbound on Route 206 in the area of Ski Hill Drive, Bedminster Police observed a silver Toyota Highlander traveling with an obstructed rear license plate. A motor vehicle stop was conducted in front of 30 Rodgers Road into Chester Township. Subsequent to the investigation, Isaiah Smith III, 29 of Allentown, Pennsylvania was arrested on a traffic warrant for failure to appear out of Monmouth Junction for $240. Smith was also issued motor vehicle summonses for 39:3-40 (driving while suspended) and 39:5-35 (failure to surrender suspended license). Smith posted bail and was released.

On April 8 at approximately 7:46 p.m.: Bedminster Police responded to the area of Rattlesnake Bridge Road and Lamington Road for the report of a motor vehicle crash. Subsequent to the investigation, Michael Pelliccio, 31 of Phillipsburg was arrested for 39:4-50 (driving while intoxicated) and issued a motor vehicle summons for 39:3-29 (failure to possess driver’s license and vehicle registration).

On April 11 at 9:21 p.m.: Bedminster Police were dispatched to Dunkin Donuts (75 Washington Valley Road) for a vehicle lockout. Subsequent to the investigation, Yiguy Santana, 25 of Bronx, New York was arrested for a traffic warrant out of Linden for $100. Santana posted bail and was released.

On April 12 at approximately 10:50 p.m.: Bedminster Police responded to 355 Rattlesnake Road for a report of a disabled motor vehicle. Subsequent to the investigation, Louis Garnett, 61 of Danville, Virginia was arrested for a traffic warrant out of Paterson for $300 and issued a motor vehicle summons for 39:3-40 (driving while suspended). Garnett was unable to post bail and was released on his own recognizance pending a new court date.
