Far Hills Local Among 3 Arrested: Blotter
A Far Hills resident was arrested for driving with a suspended license: blotter

FAR HILLS, NJ — Three people were arrested last week for DWI, driving with a suspended license and for having a warrant, according to the Far Hills Police Blotter.

Suspicious Person
On July 10, while conducting a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 202, a passerby informed one of our officers of a male attempting to kick in windows at local businesses near Rte. 202 and Lamington Road.

Our officer located an individual matching the description and proceeded to question him. Upon further investigation, the individual was released and no further action was taken. A check of local business showed no signs of damage.

On July 12, our officer was dispatched to the Fairgrounds for the report of an unleashed dog. The owner of the dog was located and informed of our Borough Ordinance. No further action was taken.
Warrant Arrest
On July 12 at approximately 11:36 p.m.: MHemal Dalal, 36, of Morris Plains was stopped by Far Hills Police. Upon further investigation Dalal was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was subsequently arrested, processed and released on bail.
Driving While Intoxicated
On July 15 at approximately 11 p.m.: Christopher Gaiser, 36, of Warren was stopped by the Far Hills Police for a headlight violation. Officers detected the odor of alcoholic beverages emanating from the interior of Gaiser’s vehicle.
Upon further investigation Gaiser was found to be driving while intoxicated. He was subsequently arrested and processed. Gaiser was issued summonses for the headlight violation, suspended driver’s license and driving while intoxicated. Gaiser was later released to family members.
Suspended Driver
On July 16 at approximately 1:24 p.m.: Ruben Medina-Cardenas, 22, of Far Hills, was stopped by the Far Hills Police for a seat belt violation. Upon further investigation Medina-Cardenas was found to have a suspended driver’s license. He was subsequently arrested, processed and released roadside.
Suspicious Person/Incident
On July 17 at approximately 1:24 p.m.: Police were dispatched to a residence on Lake Road for a report of a suspicious person/vehicle. The caller reported that a vehicle pulled into their driveway and took photographs. Officers stopped the suspected vehicle and questioned the operator. The operator was released upon completion of the investigation.
