Kristine Zimmermann Appointed Branch Vice President Of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage In Bernardsville
Zimmermann will be responsible for overseeing approximately 50 affiliated sales associates.
BERNARDSVILLE, N.J. (December 29, 2014) – Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County N.Y., is pleased to announce that Westfield resident Kristine Zimmermann has been appointed branch vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Bernardsville office. Zimmermann will be responsible for overseeing approximately 50 affiliated sales associates serving communities throughout Somerset County and surrounding areas.
An award-winning real estate professional for 11 years, Zimmermann affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2011 as a sales associate with the Westfield West office and went on to mentor the company’s 2013 Rookie of the Year, Patricia “Patty” Spinner. Prior to her real estate career, Zimmermann was a market manager at Steelcase, Inc., responsible for hundreds of miles of sales territory and eight salespeople, as well as training new salespeople and customers. Zimmermann holds bachelor’s degrees in art and marketing from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Zimmermann is involved in her community, notably as a parent coordinator for the Roosevelt Intermediate School theater program.
