Large Group Fighting Outside Bedminster Restaurant Causes Damage
About 40 to 50 people were fighting outside Delicious Heights after leaving the restaurant, Bedminster police report.

BEDMINSTER, NJ — A large group of people caused damage to a Bedminster restaurant following a fight outside, police report.
On Nov. 23 t 2:07 a.m., Bedminster Police were dispatched to Delicious Heights at 285 Route 202, for a report of people fighting and breaking windows.
Upon arrival, there were about 40 to 50 people outside. The officers spoke with the owner who said there was a scuffle as people were leaving the restaurant and someone broke a small glass window near the front door, Bedminster Police report.

The owner was not certain who broke the window due to the amount of people exiting the establishment at that time, police report.

On Nov. 20 at approximately 12:14 a.m.: While traveling southbound on Route 206, Bedminster Police observed a red Mini Cooper traveling northbound on Route 206 with an obstructed front window. A motor vehicle stop was conducted on Route 206 northbound at the Peapack Sunoco Gas Station. Subsequent to the investigation, Mary Mania, 32, of Dover was arrested for two warrants out of Riverdale, totaling $2,500 and a warrant out of Wayne for $700. Mania was also issued motor vehicle summonses for 39:3-29A (failure to possess a driver’s license) and 39:3-40 (driving while suspended). Mania was turned over to Riverdale Police in lieu of bail. Javier Torres, 34, out of Califon was arrested on a Sussex County want for non-payment of child support. Torres was also issued a complaint summons for 2C:29-3B(4) (hindering apprehension). Torres was turned over to Sussex County Sheriff’s Office.
On Nov. 21 at approximately 7:38 p.m.: While on patrol on Route 78 westbound, Bedminster Police observed a silver Toyota Camry driving in the far left lane, failing to keep right. A motor vehicle stop was conducted on Route 78 westbound at mile marker 26.2. Subsequent to the investigation, Hunter Hostage, 19 and Hunter Hall, 19, both of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania were arrested for 2C:35-10A(4) (possession of CDS under 50 grams) and 2C:36-2 (possession of drug paraphernalia). Hostage was also issued motor vehicle summonses for 39:4-49.1 (operation of a motor vehicle while in possession of CDS) and 39:4-82 (failure to keep right). Both parties were released with a mandatory court date.
On Nov. 22 at approximately 2:25 a.m.: While on patrol on Route 78 westbound Bedminster Police observed a white Honda Civic with an obstructed front windshield. A motor vehicle stop was conducted at mile marker 26.6. Subsequent to the investigation, Daphaine Stuckey, 41, of Orange was arrested for a traffic warrant out of East Orange for $150. Stuckey posted bail and was released.
On Nov. 24 at 9:37 p.m.: Bedminster Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on a Black VW Jetta on Route 287 southbound at mile marker 21.2 for speeding and an obstructed windshield. Subsequent to the investigation, Kelvin Valentin, 39, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania was arrested for a traffic warrant out of Hamilton Twp. for $111 and an traffic warrant out of North Bergen for $165. Valentin was also issued motor vehicle summonses for 39:3-74 (obstruction of windshield for vision) and 39:3-40 (driving while suspended). Valentin posted bail and was released.
On Nov. 26 at 2:15 a.m.: Bedminster Police took over custody of, Joseph Diana, 53, of Bronx, New York from Holmdel Police. Diana had an active warrant out of Bedminster for $350. Diana was lodged in Somerset County Jail in lieu of bail.
