Four Arrested By Bedminster Police

A total of four people were arrested last week in Bedminster including one for marijuana possession, police reported.

BEDMINSTER, NJ — A total of four people were arrested last week in Bedminster including one for marijuana possession, police reported.

Bedminster Police Blotter:

On Dec. 26 at 2:39 p.m.: John Colosimo of EZ Bail Bonds responded to HQ and was in custody of Barbara Morales who had a warrant out of Bedminster for $500 and a warrant out of Mansfield Twp. for $750. Barbara Morales, age 23 of Allentown, PA was arrested on both warrants. Morales was unable to post bail and was released on her own recognizance with new court dates.

On Dec. 27 at approximately 2:10 p.m.: Bedminster Police responded to a residence on Stone Run Road for an unrelated incident. Subsequent to the investigation, Andrew Moglia, age 22 of Berkeley Heights was arrested on a $500 warrant out of Linden, a $500 warrant out of Chester, a $1,000 warrant out of New Brunswick and had a No Bail warrant out of Pennsylvania for 39:4-50 (driving while under the influence). Moglia posted bail on all warrants and was not extradited to Pennsylvania due to the offense not being punishable by more than one year in jail.

On Dec. 28 at approximately 2:25 a.m.: Bedminster Police responded to a residence on Stone Run Road for an unrelated incident. Subsequent to the investigation, Adam Alaali, age 24 of Warren for was arrested on a $500 traffic warrant out of Bound Brook. Alaali was released on his own recognizance pending a new court date.

On Dec. 30 at approximately 12:16 a.m.: While on patrol of Route 287 south, Bedminster Police observed a silver Toyota Corolla traveling SB at a high rate of speed. The officer conducted a motor vehicle stop at Route 287 southbound at mile marker 22. Subsequent to the investigation, Jannel Mauge, 22, of Mount Vernon, New York was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of paraphernalia and issued summonses for controlled dangerous substance(CDS) in a motor vehicle, failure to possess registration, maintenance of lamps, and speeding.
