Medicare Basics For Baby Boomers

A fact-filled free seminar led by Neil Berger on what Medicare covers, when to apply, options available to you, and much more.

If you are approaching Medicare eligibility, come to Bernardsville Library on Tuesday, March 24 at 7:00 pm for a fact-filled free seminar led by Neil Berger. Find out what Medicare covers, when to apply (even if you are still working), penalties for late enrollment, and the options available to you. Learn the difference between original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medigap Supplement, and how your employer’s health insurance works with Medicare. This 90-minute seminar, explained in easy-to-understand terms, is vital if you are approaching Medicare eligibility within the next five years or are a caregiver for someone approaching Medicare eligibility.

Neil Berger is a Human Resources professional and President of COBRAworks, a third party administrator providing COBRA and retiree benefits administration for small and mid-size organizations. He has more than 35 years’ experience in the Human Resources profession and developed this seminar as a result of information he acquired for a large portion of his employees who had incorrect, outdated, or non-existent information regarding their government-provided benefits.

There is no charge to attend the program, but advance sign-up is requested. Register online at www.bernardsvillelibrary.org and follow the link from Adult Programs, or call the library at 908-766-0118 to sign up.
