
Oh Baby! Fitness offers new moms a way to work out with their babies and
gain support from other women. All of our instructors are specially
certified to teach prenatal and postnatal fitness courses, so exercise
is fun and safe.
Join us Mondays for a Stroller Workout.
This modified boot camp for Moms is an effective all-over workout of
upper body, lower body and ab work. Baby comes along in a stroller.
This class is appropriate for new moms all the way through 2-3 years postpartum.
