Munchkin Is Bernardsville-Bedminster's Pet Of The Week

BERNARDSVILLE-BEDMINSTER, NJ — Meet Munchkin! She has been chosen as Bernardsville-Bedminster Patch's Pet Of The Week.

"Hi, I'm new to Cresmont Highlands in Bedminster. This is my Munchkin! A former barn cat that I rescued. I went to a horse boarding farm to pick up some hay for my bunny, when this little tiny cat came running over.

She was so friendly but she had a very bad limp! It turned out that she was injured when she had gotten caught in the big barn door about a week before. I couldn't just leave her there, so I scooped her up and brought her to the emergency vet and they confirmed a broken leg and a dislocated hip.

With lots of love and TLC, she healed just fine!!! She's the most friendly cat I know, and I love her to pieces!!! I'm still not sure who rescued who that day! "
