Donna Brooten, Director of Client Relations for MedActionPlan.com will be at PGL to demonstrate how you can create your own personal medication list or a medication list for anyone under your care using the free online tool MyMedSchedule. MyMedSchedule is personal medication chart that clearly shows the times you should take each medication or supplement and how much to take. It’s easy to update and can be printed in a variety of sizes and formats. You can even have text messages sent directly to your phone reminding you when to take your pills and when to refill prescriptions. It also comes in handy for doctor’s appointments and hospital visits.
Anyone who wishes to attend this program is asked to come prepared with their prescriptions and instructions for taking them so that they can set up a MyMedSchedule during the demonstration. (A list of prescriptions including the names and instructions would also be acceptable).
For more information or to register, contact Diane Hahn at dhahn@sclibnj.org or 908-234-0598 ext. 133. You may also register at the library's circulation desk.
