NJ Audubon: Registration now open for Scherman-Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary Summer Nature Camps!

Summer Day and Overnight Camps for Children: Day Camps: for Age 4 entering Pre-K, Grades 1-3 and Grades 4-6; Overnight Camps: Grades 6 - 12

For kids, summers are a time of discovery and wonder - an opportunity to explore and discover natural spaces, as well as to learn and have fun! Once again, NJ Audubon at Scherman-Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary is offering its comprehensive range of summer nature camps, carefully crafted and run by NJ Audubon’s professional staff, for kids entering pre-K through Grade 12.

Whether it’s hiking, discovering cool insects and amphibians, creating art, birding, playing games, canoeing, swimming, kayaking or learning the Lenape’s survival skills and crafts, there’s something for everyone.

The best way to learn is to have fun and while there’s no shortage of fun at our camps, they also support the essence of integrated STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) learning. But perhaps best of all, they get kids outside and appreciating and engaging with the natural beauty all around us.
