Peapack-Gladstone Bank Partners with Cell Phones For Soldiers
Peapack-Gladstone Bank is collecting used cell phones and devices to be turned into international calling cards for our mililtary overseas.

Although the military landscape is ever changing, as many as 200,000 troops are serving in the United States military overseas and around the world. That is why Peapack-Gladstone Bank and nonprofit Cell Phones For Soldiers are asking residents to help troops call home through the donation of gently used cell phones, iPods, iPads or MP3 players. By donating to Cell Phones For Soldiers, you can provide troops with that precious connection to loved ones back home.
Beginning January 20 through February 20, you can donate your used device at any of the Bank’s locations. Donated phones are sent to Mindful eCycling for recycling, and funds raised from used devices are used to purchase prepaid international calling cards. On average, Cell Phones For Soldiers distributes 3,200 calling cards each week to bases around the world, care package programs, deployment ceremonies and VA hospitals. For every donated device, the organization is able to provide 2 ½ hours of free talk time to deployed troops.
Through their partnership with Cell Phones for Soldiers, Peapack-Gladstone Bank is committed to supporting the communication gap between those serving our country and their families.
