Piattino Is Now Serving Brunch

Mendham, NJ -- The weekend is here.

Time to sleep in and get a tasty meal to kick off the day. But why cook?

Mendham’s Piattino is now serving brunch.

The menu serves up modern twists to traditional Italian fare in an a la carte menu on Saturday and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Piattino’s a la carte brunch menu features options including (but not limited to):

• Black Skillet Frittata – Asparagus, Wild Mushrooms, Rosemary and Pesto
• Breakfast Pizza – Pulled Mozzarella, Pancetta, Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes and Egg Yolk
• Early Morning Risotto – Caramelized Apples, Cranberries, Basil Pesto and Sunny Side Up Eggs
• Baked Eggs – 3 Eggs Baked w/ Roasted Eggplant, San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Roasted Red Peppers, Basil and Charred Bread
• Nutella French Toast – Caramelized Banana, Maple Syrup and Fresh Berries
• Breakfast Sandizza – Scrambled Egg Whites, Fennel Sausage, Cherry Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Roasted Peppers

Piattino’s also offers cocktails to go with the brunch menu. They are made from scratch, infused with house made simple syrups, fresh fruit and herbs that complement the menu along with a carefully selected wine and beer list.

Included in the price of its brunch menu is one signature cocktail such as (but not limited to):

• Sgroppino – Prosecco, Vodka, Lemon Sorbet, Mint
• Bellini – Prosecco, Peach Puree
• Italian Bloody Mary – Pernod, Absolut Vodka, Tomato Juice, Basil Syrup and Fennel

Piattino is located at 88 East Main Street and is open Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
