Please help abused and neglected children

Please help abused and neglected children by supporting Children’s Hope Initiative (CHI). Our mission is to meet the unmet needs of Somerset County’s abused and neglected children. We are currently focused on funding The Children’s Hope Afterschool Program (CHAP) in memory of Paige Whitney Imperatore.
CHAP uses the arts, in conjunction with therapy, to help children deal with their trauma, providing 12 hours of afterschool treatment and programming each week for as long as needed. CHAP incorporates yoga, drumming, meditation, and music therapy into the curriculum, providing adolescents with a non-verbal therapeutic modality in which to cope with their stressors. This program changes lives by helping children to heal and by giving them what they need to overcome the hardships they have experienced in their young lives.
