Learn the Qi Gong "Swimming Dragon" exercise at Bernardsville Public Library on Wednesday, September 20 at 7:00 pm.

Learn the Qi Gong “Swimming Dragon” exercise from Wanda Knapik at Bernardsville Public Library on Wednesday, September 20 at 7:00 pm. This exercise is known for cultivating and harmonizing Qi energy in the body, promoting weight loss, and benefiting internal organs, the skin and spine.

Wanda Knapik will demonstrate the form, standing in place (no stepping required), with gentle hip and arm movements, while participants follow along. "Daily practice revitalizes your body, mind and spirit. You'll feel the difference after practicing for only 20 minutes," says Ms. Knapik, "It's easy to learn, doesn’t take a lot of time to practice, and can be done indoors and outdoors."

There is no charge to attend the program, but advance sign-up is requested. Register online at www.bernardsvillelibrary.org and follow the link from Adult Programs, or call the library at 908-766-0118 to sign up.
