Resident Taken Back By Bernardsville Mayor's Downtown Survey

To the Editor:
Having resided in Bernardsville for almost two decades, I was taken back a little by Bernardsville Mayor Kevin Sooy's recent survey for help with revitalizing his downtown.
It was just recently that Mayor Sooy had the opportunity to support a Muslim American Community Center in neighboring Bernards Township that would of given the downtown Bernardsville, especially with NJ Transit Train Station located there, a major economical boost. Yet Mayor Sooy stayed silent and was not heard from.
