Saturday Craft Group to Meet at Bernardsville Library

Work together in a comfortable, communal setting while enjoying the benefits of shared tips and conversation; plus yarn swap this meeting!

Saturday Crafters, the monthly craft group organized by Bernardsville Public Library, will meet again on Saturday, September 17 at 3:00 pm. Individuals are invited to bring their own handwork projects to the Library and work together in a comfortable, communal setting while enjoying the benefits of shared tips and conversation. They can also take advantage of the many books available at the library on different types of crafts.

This month the group will also host a yarn swap. Attendees are invited to bring their unwanted crafting materials, including yarn, needles, kits, and books, to be swapped with other members. Any materials remaining will be donated to the VNA’s upcoming Rummage Sale.

Public Relations Assistant Evelyn Fischel will showcase project ideas and books at each meeting. A long-time crafter, Ms. Fischel will encourage such interests as knitting, crocheting, paper arts, hand sewing, embroidery and other needlework, as well as any other craft the group wishes to cover.
