“This railway crossing has become a significant challenge for Bound Brook and South Bound Brook Boroughs,” said Somerset County Commissioner Deputy Director Sara Sooy. “When trains cross, it causes gridlock, safety concerns, and road closures. The completion of this project will positively impact the boroughs’ businesses and residents’ quality of life.”
Presenters will use maps and other visual aids when they discuss details about the project such as zoning and land use, the transportation network, demographics, environmental conditions and constraints, utilities and cultural resources.
