1. Music On Main

Bernardsville’s annual Music on Main event celebrates the creativity and energy of the community while supporting the area’s small businesses. Attendees are encouraged to explore the town while shopping and dining locally.

2. Somerset County 4-H Fair
When: Friday, August 5 through Sunday, August 7, 2026, 10 a.m.–10 p.m.
Where: North Branch Park | 355 Milltown Rd, Bridgewater
Each summer, the Somerset County 4-H Fair showcases the accomplishments of the county’s 4-H members while providing family-friendly activities, events and exhibits to the community. Admission and parking are free, with free shuttle bus service to and from Raritan Valley Community College.

3. Plays In The Park
When: Select dates between Thursday, July 16, and Saturday, August 8, 2026, 8 p.m.
Where: Pleasant Valley Park Amphitheater | 3405 Valley Rd, Basking Ridge
Trilogy Repertory, in partnership with Bernards Township Parks & Recreation, will bring free performances of two beloved shows to the Pleasant Valley Park Amphitheater. “Shrek the Musical” will run July 16–18 and July 23–25, while “You Can’t Take It With You” will run July 31–August 1 and August 6-8.

4. Morristown Jazz & Blues Festival
When: Saturday, August 15, 2026, 12 p.m.–9:30 p.m.

5. Somerville Cruise Nights
When: Fridays through September 4, 2026, 6 p.m.–9 pm..
Where: Main Street, Somerville
During Somerville Cruise Nights, the town’s Main Street transforms into a display of vintage vehicles, complete with music, outdoor dining and extended shopping hours. The weekly event brings in thousands of spectators to the area throughout the summer and is a must-see for car aficionados.

6. Bernardsville Farmers’ Market
When: Saturdays, June through December 2026, 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
Where: Rte 202 and Claremont Rd, Bernardsville
