'Suspicious' Low Flying Plane Circles Trump's Golf Course in Bedminster
A plane that was flying very low over the cottages at Trump National Golf Course was reported to police this weekend.

Bedminster, NJ -- A plane flying very low over the cottages at Trump National Golf Course was reported to Bedminster Police.
Police arrived at the scene on March 26 around 11 a.m. and did not observe any planes in the area.
"Security stated that one small white plane without a tail number did approximately three passes over the cottages at a very low altitude over the course of 20 minutes," Bedminster Police reported.

The officer then went to the Somerset Airport and spoke to an employee who stated approximately 15 to 20 planes flew out of the airport on Saturday.
It is illegal not to have a tail number visible on a plane, the employee reported.

The employee stated she would ask the pilots upon their return if any of them were in the airspace over Trump National Golf Course and call the police if any that were.
In a separate incident police also responded to a theft from a Sprint cell phone tower on March 23 at 12:57 p.m.
Bedminster Police responded to the Crown Castle Cell Tower, 750 Rte. 202/206 for a report of a theft. A
Sprint Technician advised while on the site to conduct an audit/inspection of Sprint’s equipment he found the gate unlocked. Upon approaching the battery housing box he noticed that 16 Alcatel Lucent industrial batteries were taken.
He advised they would have been taken between Dec. 22, 2015 and now. The total loss is valued at $7,000.
