Two Bedminster Drivers Arrested for DUI: Blotter

Two Bedminster men were arrested on DUI in the township by police last week, according to the blotter

Bedminster, NJ -- Two DUI arrests were made by Bedminster Police last week, according to the blotter.

Feb. 29 at 11:23 p.m.: Bedminster Police was advised of a possible DUI driver travelling south on Rattlesnake Bridge Road. The vehicle was described as a silver Honda Civic with a Pennsylvania registration. The vehicle was located traveling east on Burnt Mills Road. Subsequent to the motor vehicle stop, Jony Noe Cajbon, age 41 of Klines Mill Road in Bedminster was arrested for 39:4-50 (driving under the influence) and issued motor vehicle summonses for 39:3-10b (unlicensed), 39:4-97 (careless driving), and 39:4-88a (failure to maintain lane).

March 6 at 6:20 p.m.: Bedminster Police was dispatched to the Bedminster Exxon (505 Rt. 202/206) in response to a 911 hang up. Upon arrival three vehicles were observed in the parking lot area. Two males approached the vehicle and advised they had been involved in an accident while making a right turn into the gas station. Subsequent to the investigation, James Horton Jr., age 55 of Main Street in Bedminster, was arrested for 39:4-50 (driving under the influence) and issued a motor vehicle summons for 39:4-97 (careless driving).
