Two Men Found in Bedminster Home's Bushes
The men were found in the middle of the night rustling around a Bedminster home's bushes, according to police.

BEDMINSTER, NJ — A Bedminster resident reported finding two men wearing headlights in her bushes in the middle of the night, according to police.
On Nov. 2 at approximately 12:40 a.m. a Stone Run Road resident reported she was woken up by the sound of “rustling” behind her house. She looked out of the bedroom window and saw two males wearing headlights behind her house.
The man stated they were working on the cable box because one of the customers complained their TV was pixelating. The homeowner could not provide any clothing description and advised she did not see a car in the area, according to the Bedminster Police blotter.

The homeowner called her cable TV provider who advised they did not have anyone in the area and they do not have technicians that work at those hours.
The officer checked the exterior of the residence and did not see any attempt at a forced entry.

On Nov. 3 at 9:28 a.m.: Bedminster Police responded to a residence on Burnt Mills Road for a report of a harassing phone call. The residents advised that on the previous day at 8:16 p.m., they answered a phone call on the home phone from 60-920- 1601 (60 is the country code for Malaysia). The male caller spoke English and claimed there was an issue with Windows on their computer. The homeowners immediately recognized this to be a scam. The caller advised that he would be responding to the residence and claimed he would “kick his ass”. The homeowner was advised to contact their phone provider to have the number blocked.
On Nov. 4 at approximately 6:50 p.m.: Bedminster Police responded to Delicious Heights Restaurant (258 Route 202) for a report of a motor vehicle crash. Subsequent to the investigation, Gina Pagnotta, age 51 of Bridgewater was arrested for Driving under the influence and issued motor vehicle summonses for DUI within 1000 feet of a school and Careless Driving.
On Nov. 6 at approximately 9:41 a.m.: Bedminster Police responded to the Bedminster Exxon (505 Route 202/206) for a dispute. The officer spoke with Robert Cohen, age 61, of Bridgewater who advised he responded there to use the air machine. Upon arrival a minivan was parked near the machine. Suzanne Giannetto, age 56 of Hellertown, PA was parked in the driver’s seat on the phone. Cohen advised he gestured at her to back up so he could have access to the machine. He stated she responded by displaying an offensive hand gesture. Cohen then approached and Giannetto refused to move. The officer spoke with Giannetto who advised while she was attempting to re-route her GPS on her phone, Cohen was yelling at her to move her vehicle. She stated that Cohen then knocked on her window and was yelling. He then opened her car door and grabbed her arm. Giannetto’s teenage children were in the vehicle and corroborated the story. The gas attendant did not witness the incident. Both parties were advised of complaint signing procedures.
