Walk, Jog, Run!

Free, interactive workshop presented by Somerset Hills Chiropractic. A workshop for all ages with emphasis on beginner to intermediate.

Learn how to get in physical shape without injury by walking, jogging and running at a free, interactive workshop presented at Bernardsville Public Library on Wednesday, September 16 at 7:00 pm by Somerset Hills Chiropractic. This workshop is for all ages with an emphasis on beginner to intermediate levels. A computerized foot scanner will help identify specific issues with people’s feet.

Speakers are chiropractors Drs. Glenn Eigenmann and Brian Wallace, and Tish Hamilton, Executive Editor of Runner’s World magazine. “Start off in the right direction! Get off the couch and get going!” says Dr. Eigenmann, who has been a local chiropractor for twenty-five years. He is certified in fitness instruction and exercise management and is currently training to participate in running, obstacle, strength and endurance events.

Dr. Brian Wallace returned six years ago to his hometown of Bernardsville after graduating from Life University to practice chiropractic healthcare at Somerset Hills Chiropractic. He is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association which specializes in the care of young children ranging from newborns to high school. Since returning to Bernardsville, he has been an active member of the Rotary Club and a volunteer for his local church’s youth group.
