Branchburg, NJ -- The Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) Foundation will host An Evening of Elegance for Education, Thursday, March 10, at 6:30 p.m., at The Ryland Inn in Whitehouse Station.
Roman Jewelers is providing major sponsorship of the wine tasting and purchasing event.
The Ryland Inn, Hunterdon Countyās premier farm-to-table restaurant, is inviting its finest wine distributors to showcase more than 60 hand-selected wines from regions around the world. Guests will learn about the wine and wine pairings while enjoying a variety of gourmet pastas and hearty appetizers prepared by the Ryland Innās expert chefs.

During the event special guest George M. Taber, the only American journalist to cover the famous Paris Wine Tasting of 1976, will be signing copies of his book, Judgment of Paris. His coverage of the famous tasting, where California wines defeated French wines in each category for the first time, has been called the most significant news story ever written about wine.

Sponsorship opportunities are still available and range from $250 to $2,500. The RVCC Foundation also welcomes silent auction items such as tickets to theatre shows, jewelry, restaurant certificates, hotel stays, gift baskets and more.
